Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 9, 2026

CoastPix is a product of Smart Space Integration LLC (“CoastPix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), which operates the photo-delivery and studio-management platform available at coastpix.com and its tenant subdomains (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Who We Serve

CoastPix is a business-to-business platform. Our direct customers are professional photographers and studios (“Studios”) who use CoastPix to manage bookings, contracts, invoices, and photo galleries. Studios invite their own end clients (“Clients”) to view and download photos. This policy covers both Studio account holders and Clients who access galleries.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business details, billing information, and any content you upload such as photographs, gallery metadata, contracts, and messages. When you access a gallery, we may collect the email address or password used to authenticate to that gallery.

We automatically collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage activity to operate and secure the Service. Payment card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate users, deliver photos, process payments, send transactional notifications and email or SMS related to your account, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use uploaded photographs to train machine-learning or advertising models.

Google User Data

If you choose to connect a Google account, CoastPix requests access only to the data needed for the features you enable, which may include your basic profile and email for sign-in, sending email on your behalf via Gmail, and reading or writing calendar events for scheduling. We access this data solely to provide those features to you within the Service.

Google API Services, Limited Use Disclosure

CoastPix’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, do not transfer or sell it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, and we do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example hosting, storage, email, SMS, and payment providers) under contracts that require them to protect it. Studios can access the data of Clients they invite. We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public. We may transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Studios control retention of their galleries and may set expiration dates on original files. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data as described below, subject to legal retention requirements.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation between tenants. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and disconnect any connected Google account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Disconnecting Google also revokes CoastPix’s access, which you can additionally manage at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Photographs of minors may be uploaded by Studios who are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
