Track & Export Boundary

CoastPix Track & Export is not a complete general ledger or double-entry accounting system. It does not, by itself, maintain balanced journal entries, bank reconciliations, closing periods, inventory valuation, depreciation schedules, payroll records, loan balances, owner equity, or accountant adjustments.

Studio Responsibilities

• Verify source documents, classifications, dates, payees, tax treatment, balances, and completeness.
• Preserve legally required records and reconcile CoastPix to bank, processor, fulfillment, tax, and general-ledger records.
• Determine registration, filing, withholding, information-return, remittance, and contractor-classification obligations.
• Review every report and export before relying on or sharing it.

Tax Forms And Sales Tax

Unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise, CoastPix does not prepare, file, furnish, correct, or deliver tax forms or returns for a Studio. Labels such as 1099 Eligible, Taxable, Sales Tax, or Liability are user classifications or operational aids, not legal conclusions.

Enabling a tax calculation does not register a Studio, file a return, or remit tax. The Studio remains responsible for determining where it has obligations and for timely filing and payment unless a separately engaged provider expressly assumes those duties.
