Takedown Notice
- Identify the copyrighted work or a representative list.
- Identify the material claimed to infringe and provide enough information to locate it, including the CoastPix URL.
- Provide the complaining party's name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- State a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- State under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorized to act for the owner.
- Provide a physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notice
An affected user may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material and former location, stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, consenting to the jurisdiction required by law, accepting service of process, and providing a signature and contact information. CoastPix will follow the applicable statutory notice and restoration procedure.
Repeat Infringers
CoastPix may terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyright in appropriate circumstances. CoastPix may reject incomplete notices while explaining what information is missing. Knowingly material misrepresentations may create liability.
